At New Balance stores, customer traffic density was analyzed and staffing plans were created according to the busiest days and hours. In footwear retail, having enough staff to fetch the right size and support try-ons is critical; otherwise, missed fitting opportunities quickly turn into lost sales.

The people counting solution was approached from customer, staff, and operations perspectives. Validation videos were used to verify system accuracy both live and through independently captured video recordings from off-peak hours. Analysis areas were developed according to store layouts, customer behavior, and staff habits.

Vadi Istanbul Shopping Mall uses mall-specific summary dashboards with weather integration to review its reports. The existing people counting devices were integrated within a few hours and made available for use on the same day.

Under the operating permit of an A Group Authorized Institution and the Ministry of Treasury and Finance camera and image recording circular, the installed systems were configured to record redundantly for a two-year period. All site installations were completed successfully.
